Andrew has a strong commitment to pathways for the efficient manufacture of industrial products demonstrated through his research activities and his numerous industrial collaborations, in particular the defence maintenance, repair and operations sector.</p>

<p><b>Professor Ivan Cole </b>is Enabling Capability Director for Advanced Manufacturing and Fabrication at RMIT and an academic in the School of Engineering where he has worked since December 2016. Prior to this he work at CSIRO for 25 years in a range of positions including Acting or Deputy Chief of Division and Chief Research Scientist.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Vesna Stefanovski was SEAM&#8217;s original Business and Operations Manager, overseeing the Training Centre’s portfolio of projects and training experiences provided to PhD candidates and early career research fellows.  Vesna has extensive experience working across leading tertiary institutions and major Government projects. She has held roles within research management in The University of Melbourne, managing research institutes and centres, including working as a Program Manager for ARC Laureate Fellowships.  Currently she is Manager, Major Research Awards at Swinburne University of Technology where she is a key point of contact with the Australian Research Council.</p>
<p>Vesna continues to play a key part in SEAM&#8217;s operations, sitting on a number of its committees and being a liaison between SEAM and the ARC.</p>
