Dr Anthony Roccisano is a Postdoctoral Fellow with SEAM, from the University of South Australia in the Future Industries Institute (FII). Anthony’s primary research strengths include materials characterization, electrochemical analysis, and mechanical design. Anthony’s research interests include:

• Laser Metal Deposition (LMD) for wear and corrosion resistance
• LMD process optimization and control

Anthony completed a Bachelor of Mechanical and Aerospace engineering with 1st class honours in 2015 from the University of Adelaide. Anthony received a PhD from the University of Adelaide in 2020 from the school of mechanical engineering for his thesis titled ‘Manufacturing processes leading to improved high pH SCC resistance in pipes’.
